These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Teres Residences website and your booking of a stay at Seven Hilton in Ikeja, Lagos. By using our website or making a booking, you agree to these terms.
Bookings and reservations
A booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation from us and any required payment or deposit has been received. You are responsible for providing accurate booking details. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking where necessary.
Rates and payment
Our apartments are priced per apartment, per night, and start from ₦180,000. Rates may vary by apartment type, season and length of stay, and are confirmed at the time of booking. Payment terms, including any deposit, are communicated when you book.
Check-in and check-out
Standard check-in and check-out times are confirmed at booking. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request and may attract an additional charge.
Guest responsibilities
Guests are expected to treat the apartment and its contents with care, to respect other residents and neighbours, and to comply with our House Rules. You are responsible for any loss or damage caused during your stay beyond fair wear and tear.
Extra services
Additional services such as airport pickup, in-house cooking and errands are available for an extra charge and are subject to availability. These are separate from the amenities included in your nightly rate.
Cancellations and refunds
Booking payments are non-refundable. If you cannot use your booking, the amount paid may be transferred as booking credit for another stay, subject to availability and management agreement. The original payment will not be returned as cash. Please read our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Liability
We take care to provide a safe and comfortable stay. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images and branding, belongs to Teres Residences or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to your use of the site and any new bookings.
